On 17th June 2024, Sassrika Lanka Pvt Ltd conducted its Yala 2024 post-season internal review meeting at the head office in Biyagama.
The meeting brought together the full operational and strategic team, including Dr. Thulitha Ranwala, company management, office staff, district coordinators, retail officers, extension coordinators from each district, and marketing advisors.
The purpose of the session was to review field performance during the Yala season, evaluate farmer engagement activities, and assess the impact of Bio Super Phosphate (BSP) across different regions. Key discussions focused on farmer feedback, distribution efficiency, market expansion, and strengthening awareness programs.
Insights from field operations were shared by district teams, providing valuable ground-level perspectives on crop performance, soil response, and farmer adoption. These discussions play a crucial role in aligning research, production, and market strategies.
